Implementing Cisco Unified Communications IP Telephony Part 2 (CIPT2) v6.0 prepares you for installing and configuring, a Cisco Unified Communications Manager solution in a multisite environment. This course includes lab activities in which you will apply a dial plan for a multisite environment, configure survivability for remote sites during WAN failure and implement solutions to reduce bandwidth requirements in the IP WAN. Implementing Cisco IOS Unified Communications (IIUC) v 1.0 is a five day instructor led course that focuses on the knowledge and skills needed to implement Cisco VOIP Networks consisting of voice gateways. It also focuses on implementing Cisco Unified Communication 500 Series for Smalls Business, Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express, and Cisco Unity Express in a Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express Instillation.

This is a 5-day advanced course in implementing Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express and Cisco Unity Express systems. As a follow-on course to Implementing Cisco IOS UC Systems (IIUC), CUCME students will learn to implement CME to support SCCP and SIP endpoints. In addition Unified Messaging Gateways (UMG), and PSTN calling will be configured.

Students will configure CUE voicemail networking and VPIM. Operation and troubleshooting will include tracing and debugging of CME, CUE and UMG.

The goal of the IUWNE v1.0 is to provide students with information and practice activities to prepare them to help design, install, configure, monitor and conduct basic troubleshooting tasks on Cisco WLAN in SMB and Enterprise installations. As an associate level, the course aims to provide entry level information, and will not specialise in any of the advanced features of the Cisco WLAN networks solutions.
